Dexelance acquires Mohd, a leading omnichannel distributor of high-end design
With the entry of Mohd into the Group, Dexelance continues its growth path in the world of high-end design, strengthening an industrial vision that brings together creativity, innovation, and design culture.

The transaction, announced in September 2025, marks a key step in Dexelance’s strategy to integrate and expand its offering — until now focused primarily on industrial brands — with the addition of a recognized leader in the multichannel distribution of premium design.

Founded in 1968 in Messina, Mohd – Mollura & C. S.p.A. – operates through a digital platform with over 12 million annual sessions, six showrooms, and a team of highly specialized architects and designers. The company collaborates with more than 500 top-tier brands and manages a portfolio of over 20,000 ready-to-ship products.

Through this acquisition, Dexelance consolidates an integrated model that combines design, technology, and distribution within a vision driven by innovation and customer centricity.

The operation strengthens the Group’s ability to offer tailor-made solutions and best-in-class services, enhancing the synergy between design culture, digital experience, and direct relationships with the global design market.

Led by Gianluca Mollura, President and CEO, the founding family will continue to lead Mohd in full continuity, fostering a synergic collaboration aimed at enhancing expertise and expanding the Group’s international reach.
