A collaboration that brings Dexelance together with one of the most recognized names in international architecture, Shigeru Ban. “House” will be the Pritzker Prize–winning architect’s first residential project in Florida, and the Group has been selected as the exclusive partner for the interior design.
The 14‑story tower will rise in Miami’s Upper Buena Vista neighborhood and will include around 300 residences. Several brands of the group will be involved, including Meridiani, Davide Groppi and Binova, contributing respectively to the interior furnishings, lighting design and kitchen solutions.
“House” will feature generous terraces, natural textures, fluid indoor-outdoor transitions and an emphasis on shared environments. These are all recurring elements in Ban’s residential work, widely recognized for an architectural approach centered on natural materials and human‑scaled living spaces.
A vision shared by Dexelance, which continues to expand in the high‑end residential sector by promoting Italian craftsmanship and style. “This is not simply about furnishing a building. We are contributing to a complete residential design experience that supports how residents will live within Shigeru Ban’s vision”, commented Renato Delle Side, Chief Executive Officer of Dexelance USA.
The project, developed by Yakol Capital Partners and valued at approximately $500 million, will also include indoor padel courts, wellness areas, shared kitchens, rooftop gathering spaces and street-level retail.
