From November 8 to 10, the Salone del Mobile.Milano will in fact present its second international event in China, in collaboration with West Bund Art&Design Fair, the country’s most influential contemporary art fair. This event is a celebration of the connection between art and design, two increasingly interconnected worlds, and aims to promote the excellence of Made in Italy in a key market like China.

For the occasion, Italian artist Matilde Cassani designed The Orbit’s Orbit installation, inside The Orbit building, with the idea of recreating a large circular square. In this setting, a real party dedicated to design and the meeting of different cultures will take place, where visitors and objects will become an active part of the installation in a perfect balance.

Davide Groppi, Meridiani, Saba Italia and Turri will have the opportunity to represent the high quality and excellence of Italian design, in a narrative that interweaves West and East, history and innovation, increasingly consolidating their international presence.
