1. Promoter
This Contest (“Contest”) is organized by Dexelance USA Corp., 192 Lexington Avenue, Suite 602, New York, NY 10016 (“Promoter”).
2. Contest Period
The Contest runs from December 1, 2025 at 12:00 AM ET through February 28, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET.
3. Eligibility
The Contest is open solely to licensed interior designers, decorators, or architects residing in the U.S., with valid professional licensing or registration. Must be 21+. Employees and household members of Promoter are not eligible.
4. How to Enter
Participants must:
- Schedule an appointment with a Dexelance Sales Associate;
- Visit the Dexelance showroom in person to discover the Dexelance world, brands, and products;
- Provide required professional and contact information;
- Accept these Official Rules.
No purchase required. One entry per licensed professional.
5. Prize Description
One Grand Prize includes:
- Round-trip economy airfare NYC–Milan (MXP);
- Standard hotel room in a 3- or 4-star hotel, suitable for up to 2 guests;
- Hotel stay April 23–27, 2026;
- Guided brand experience with Dexelance representatives.
Not included: local transportation, meals (unless dining with Dexelance representative), insurance, passports, personal expenses, incidentals.
Prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.
6. Winner Selection
A random drawing will be conducted by an independent third-party digital platform/app (to be specified by Promoter). Odds depend on number of eligible entries.
7. Winner Notification & Verification
Winner will be notified via email/phone and must respond within 7 days, provide proof of license, and sign required releases. Failure results in forfeiture.
8. Publicity Release
Where permitted, winner grants Dexelance the right to use their name, likeness, and professional details for promotional use without additional compensation.
9. Data Protection & Privacy

10. General Conditions
Promoter may modify or terminate the Contest due to fraud, technical issues, or events beyond its control. Promoter is not responsible for technical failures or travel delays.
11. Release of Liability
Participants release Dexelance USA from liability related to participation or prize use, except where prohibited.
12. Governing Law
Contest governed by U.S. law, New York State law, and NYC regulations. Disputes resolved exclusively in New York County courts. Void where prohibited.
