IDB took part the 2023 edition of Design Shanghai, one of the most prestigious design exhibition in Asia, the leading international design fair in the Asian region, with the brands Gervasoni, Meridiani and Davide Groppi.

We are proud to announce the entry in our Group of CUBO DESIGN, a company, based in Abruzzo, specializing in the production of components and furniture for the construction of modular kitchens, with the Miton and Binova brands.

Italian Design Brands made its debut today on Euronext Milan, a regulated market organized and managed by Borsa Italiana. In the placement, IDB raised €70 million, excluding the potential exercise of the greenshoe option that would bring the total amount to €80.5 million, with a capitalization at the start of trading of around €293 million.
