The company made its debut today on Euronext Milan, a regulated market organized and managed by Borsa Italiana. In the placement, IDB raised €70 million, excluding the potential exercise of the greenshoe option that would bring the total amount to €80.5 million, with a capitalization at the start of trading of around €293 million.
