Over 20-year experience as C-suite executive/board member of blue-chip financial groups and top management consulting firms, over 13 years as board member of companies listed in Italy/USA, with a particular focus on financial, consumer discretionary, green energy/infrastructure sectors; more than 8 years as Chair of Board Commitees; more than 10 years in corporate boards dealing with global markets; over 10 years as adjunct professor at faculties of finance and economics at top-ranked Italian universities; co-founder and for 8 years chair of the Italian chapter of a global foundation, then member of a global committee. She has gained consolidated experience in regulated sectors and, in her different roles, she has been proactively dealing with ESG Sustainability matters since 1999.
She currently serves on the Board of companies FTSE/ STAR Italy and she is Chair of Risk & Sustainability Committees.
