She graduated in Law from “La Sapienza” University of Rome and obtained a Master’s degree in Corporate Law. She is a member of the Rome Bar Association. She has extensive and well-established experience in compliance and corporate governance, gained at leading international law firms and consultancy companies. She serves as an Independent Director and as Chair/Member of board committees in listed and regulated companies. She also serves as a Statutory Auditor in companies operating in the fashion and luxury sector. She is Chair/Member of Supervisory Bodies appointed pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 231/2001.
