She holds a degree in Economics and a Master’s in Economics and Finance (MEF), and graduated from the General Management Program (GMP21) at Harvard Business School.

She is Founder and CEO of Discovery Investments, advising financial institutions, alternative investment funds, and real asset platforms.

She serves as Deputy Chairman and Board Member of Equiter SpA and sits on the Board of Verti Insurance (Mapfre Group).

From 2019 to 2024, she was CEO of Invimit SGR, managing over € 2 billion in public real estate assets and leading their transformation and value creation to attract institutional investors.

She also advises the Italian Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy, supporting the Committee for Investment Attraction (CAIE) on foreign direct investment.

Her experience spans energy, telecommunications, insurance, and real assets, with an international focus across Europe, the United States, and the Middle East.
