Piero has been working as a Director at Tamburi Investment Partners S.p.A. since 2019 and is dedicated to the analysis and structuring of equity investments transactions – either directly or through clubdeals -, equity capital market transactions, as well as M&A advisory, both for the benefit of third-party clients and to support the portfolio companies’ growth.

He has started his career within the PricewaterhouseCoopers network, where in almost fifteen years he has gained extensive experience in corporate finance transactions within cross-border assignments, with a specialization in business valuation for international listed group and across different industries such as retail, industrial products and hospitality.

Piero graduated in 2003 in Economics of Institutions and Financial Markets cum laude at the “Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore” in Milan.
