In this context, the Dexelance Group Code of Ethics represents the expression of the values and principles that inspire the actions of the Group companies and constitutes the code of conduct to be observed by all recipients of the Code — corporate bodies and their members, employees, consultants and collaborators in any capacity — in the performance of their respective activities and functions. The purpose of the Code of Ethics, conceived to interpret the concept of “ethics” in a broad sense, is to ensure that such values and principles are clearly defined and serve as a constant reference in the conduct of business activities, fostering a shared vision and corporate culture.
Any internal or external stakeholder who, acting in good faith, becomes aware of possible violations or irregularities and consequently reports anomalous conduct or alleged or actual breaches, contributes responsibly to safeguarding the integrity, reliability and reputation of the Group.
The Whistleblowing System provides that reports may be submitted under conditions of strict confidentiality and, where applicable, also on an anonymous basis. The Dexelance Group guarantees full protection of the reporting person and will not tolerate any form of retaliation or discrimination, whether direct or indirect, against anyone who submits a report in good faith.
In light of this commitment, the Group has adopted an Anti-Corruption Policy in line with the principles of legality, integrity, fairness and transparency set out in the Group Code of Ethics and in the Organisation, Management and Control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 231/2001, which defines the reference framework for the prevention of corruption-related risks.
The Policy sets out the principles, rules of conduct and responsibilities to be observed by all recipients — corporate bodies and their members, employees, consultants and collaborators in any capacity — in the performance of their respective activities and functions, with the aim of safeguarding the reputation, reliability and long-term value of the Dexelance Group.
