Marella Moretti is Corporate Development Manager at Dexelance, where she joined in 2017 after an initial work experience at Private Equity Partners.<\/p>\n
She graduated with honours with a Master’s degree in Accounting, Financial Management and Control and a Bachelor’s degree in International Management from Universit\u00e0 Commerciale L. Bocconi, spending study periods abroad at Shanghai Jiao Tong University and ESSEC Business School in Paris. In 2020, she attended a training course dedicated to the Investor Relations profession at the Academy Borsa Italiana.<\/p>\n
Thanks to her work experience and academic training, Marella has acquired in-depth skills in financial analysis, mergers and acquisitions, corporate communications and strategic management.
