L\u2019Assemblea si \u00e8 svolta presso la sede sociale in Milano, Corso Venezia 29, con intervento degli azionisti esclusivamente mediante conferimento di delega al Rappresentante Designato ai sensi dell\u2019articolo 135- undecies del D.
