(IDB.MI), a diversified industrial group and one of Italy’s leading players in high-end design, lighting and furniture, hereby announced that the dossier of the Annual Financial Report as of 31 December 2023, the Board of Statutory Auditors’ report, the Independent Auditors’ report, as well as the Annual Consolidated non-Financial Statement as of 31 December 2023 with the related certificate of the Independent Auditors, were filed today.
