AGREEMENT TO AMEND THE OPTIONS OVER THE MINORITY STAKE IN MOHD
Further to the press release issued on 10-11 July and 24 September 2025 regarding the acquisition of a 65.0% stake in the share capital of Mollura & C. S.p.A., Dexelance S.p.A. announces that an agreement was entered into today to amend the options relating to the remaining 35.0% of the Company’s share capital.
