(the “Company” or the “Group”), informs to have purchased on Euronext Milan, in the period between 31 March 2025 and 04 April 2025, no. 2,034 ordinary shares (equal to 0.008% of the share capital) at the average unit price of EUR 8.6767 for a total amount equal to EUR 17,648.46.
