(the “Company” or the “Group”), informs to have purchased on Euronext Milan, in the period between 24 March 2025 and 28 March 2025, no. 2,905 ordinary shares (equal to 0.005% of the share capital) at the average unit price of EUR 8.7688 for a total amount equal to EUR 25,473.32.
