The Board of Directors of Dexelance S.p.A. approved today the Group’s financial results as at 30 September 2024. In the first nine months of the year, the Group recorded revenue of Euro 231.8 million, with 4.7% organic growth over Full 2023 revenues.

Dexelance S.p.A. hereby announces that the Company's management will attend the following events dedicated to the financial community: On 20 November 2024, a meeting with Italian institutional investors, coordinated by Equita, held in Milan; On 28 November 2024 a roadshow coordinated by Banca Akros, which will be held in Frankfurt; On 4 December 2024 the Mid and Small Conference 2024, organized by Virgilio IR with the support of Borsa Italiana, Alantra, Banca Akros and Intermonte, which will be held in Milan at Palazzo Mezzanotte.

Dexelance S.p.A. announces that it finalized today the acquisition of a 49.0% stake in Axo Light S.r.l. ("Axolight"), a company controlled by Dexelance as of July 2023 and in which the Group had initially invested, through the purchase of a minority stake, in November 2021 ("First Investment").

Further to the press release issued on 9 September 2024 following its approval by the Board of Directors, Dexelance S.p.A. hereby announces the release of the Half-Year Financial Report as of 30 June 2024.
