Maria Silvia Nipoti has held the role of Retail Director at Dexelance since April 2024, leading the retail growth strategy of the Group’s companies. She supports them in the implementation of new concepts, store openings, and high-quality retail experiences across global markets.

With extensive experience gained at international companies that are leaders in the luxury and design sectors—such as B&B Italia, Maxalto, and L’Oréal Luxe—Maria Silvia has successfully managed global projects in retail design, visual merchandising, and customer experience. She has led multidisciplinary teams, defining strategies focused on service excellence and enhancing brand identity through an integrated and innovative vision.

A graduate of the Politecnico di Milano, Maria Silvia combines a solid technical background with a results-oriented approach and effective management of people and complexity.
