ESG · SUSTAINABILITY
Shaping the future. Design, impact and direction.

Design is the starting point of every decision at Dexelance. It determines products, processes and organizational models, defining not only shapes and functions, but also materials, resources, durability and production processes. That’s where project becomes impact, integrating sustainability along the entire value chain, from product development to distribution. Dexelance’s sustainability journey takes shape through a structured approach, that involves the whole organization and is articulated across three areas of intervention: environment, social and governance.

Enviroment
Resource management, reduction of emissions, energy efficiency and eco-design
Social
Skills development, quality of work, inclusion, safety and ties with local communities
Governance
control systems, ESG risk management, responsibility and integration of sustainability into decision-making processes

Responsible design: our vision for the environment

Environmental impact management is an integral part of Dexelance’s strategy. Through the Environmental Policy and Sustainability Manifesto, the Group guides its choices towards reducing emissions, improving energy efficiency, eco-design, circularity and the responsible use of resources.

Choices and habits that make a difference

ENERGY TRANSITION

Dexelance contributes to the energy transition through initiatives aimed at directly reducing impacts, innovating processes and monitoring the Group’s GHG emissions. Measuring emissions allows to understand the main impacts, guide strategic decisions and track progress over time.

RENEWABLE ENERGY AND EFFICIENCY

In 2025, Dexelance invested approximately €730,000 in the development of its photovoltaic assets, reaching internal renewable energy production of 495 MWh, up 8% compared to 2024.

This was complemented by approximately €230,000 allocated to improving the energy efficiency of buildings across the Group’s companies, through initiatives such as LED lighting and heat pump systems.

MONITORING AND REDUCING ENERGY CONSUMPTION

Since 2023, Dexelance has been measuring its greenhouse gas emissions in accordance with ISO 14064, with data verified and certified by Bureau Veritas Italia S.p.A.

Starting from 2024, Dexelance has extended its emissions reporting to all Group companies, including foreign subsidiaries and Turri. In 2025 Mohd has been included as well, for the period October-December.

The emissions considered include Scope 1, Scope 2 and, where possible, Scope 3.

Dexelance fully offsets its emissions through the purchase of credits on the voluntary carbon market, financing renewable energy projects and reforestation initiatives.

Daily environmental culture

Through the Environmental Policy, Dexelance promotes a widespread environmental culture, directly involving people and turning good practices into everyday habits. As part of this journey, the adoption of the Group Mobility Policy also helps foster more sustainable mobility within the Group.
